This adventure starts on a forest road.  The road can be basically anywhere near a forest, there is no specific location.

Background Edit

The adventurers are walking down a forested path when the bandits attack, they have chosen a strategic location along the road and plan the take everything valuable they can get their hands on.  These halfling bandits were once traveling nomads untill they could no longer survive off of the meager game they could find.  They now use their hunting skills to rob unweary travelers.

The adventurers are traveling down a wooded path.  After coming around a bend, the are three armed halflings standing in their path.  One of them, the leader (L), demands that the adventurers give him everything they own.  If they refuse, the bandits will attack.  If any one of their men falls and the battle looks bad for the bandits, they with flee north.  The bandits (B) are guarding the leader and hiding in the trees in case of a battle.

Area 1, The Camp Edit

There are four tents here, one a bit behind the others, all surrounding a fire.  Four bandits stand guard at all times.

Area 2, Tent #1 Edit

This tent houses 6 bandits (-1 for every 2 bandits killed in first battle, round down). Bandit #1 (100 gp, a silver chalice inlaid with jewels (130 gp)), #2 (130 gp, silver cloth vestments (110 gp)), #3 (20 gp), #4 (20 gp), #5 (60 gp, masterwork orc-double axe), #6 (70 gp, a moss agate (9 gp), masterwork siangham)

Area 3, Leader's Tent Edit

This tent houses the bandit leader.  he has a nice bed for a camp and he has his chest, which he keeps his loot in.  He has 120 gp, a bloodstone (50 gp), a moonstone (30 gp), and an obsidian (8 gp).

Area 4, Tent #2 Edit

This tent houses 6 bandits (-1 for every 2 bandits killed in first battle, round up). Bandit #1 (nothing), #2 (60), #3 (10 gp), #4 (60 gp, a status divine scroll), #5 (3 pp, masterwork half-plate), #6 (60 gp, masterwork full Plate)

Area 5, Supply tent Edit

This tent carries much of the bandit's loot.  It has 60 pp, 130 gp, 1,900 sp, 8,000 cp, a large wool tapestry (200 gp), a silver bracelet with bloodstones (400 gp), a gold bracelet (70 gp), and 50 ft. of silk rope.
